Tito Torbellino
Tomás Eduardo Tovar Rascón, also known by his alias Tito Torbellino, was a Mexican-American singer known for his work with the regional Mexican music genre. He was from Phoenix, Arizona but performed throughout the southwestern United States and Northern Mexico.
