Oscar Mack

Oscar Mack was an African-American World War I veteran. An attempt was made to lynch Oscar Mack in Kissimmee, Florida. According to the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary, it was the 39th of 61 lynchings during 1922 in the United States. The New Britain Herald reported that he was lynched in Lake Jennie Jewell, in Orange County.
