Cyber Citizen Shockman 2: A New Menace is a 1991 video game developed by Winds and released exclusively for the TurboGrafx-16. It was released in the United States in 1992 as just Shockman, making it the only game in the Cyber Citizen Shockman series to have a contemporary release outside Japan.
